Age ranges for the Kryptonite Wrestling Klub are from Kindergarten - 4th Grade, 5th - 8th Grade, High School, and Open.

Class Schedule is from Monday - Thursday starting with Open Mats on Monday, K-4, 5th-8th grade and High School classes on Tuesday and Thursday, and Beginner, Women’s and Open on Wednesday.

Memberships are full members $125/month or Wednesday only classes for those that qualify for $50/month.
