Old Man Wrestling is an awesome opportunity for all athletes to come and wrestle in a fun environment on the mat.

In this membership you have access to Monday and Wednesday practices. Old Man Monday’s are a lighter more technique driven experience. Meant for learning the sport or developing new skills.

Wednesday’s are for wrestling! Live open mats for Old Man Wrestling!

Both nights start at 8:00 PM and go till about 9:30 PM.
